The location is magnificent and beautiful, right off the Thruway. Make sure you stay in the queen room with a King bed and whirlpool bath and big fridge.

The employees are very amiable and attentive. the room is brand-new and spotless with a king bed. - the location of the venue is excellent and unbeatable, a short walk to Utica, NY, and very near to restaurants.

The hotel was wonderful and appealing for a trip, and the staff were highly courteous and thoughtful, I would stay here again.

Our room was not only brand-new, but also reasonably priced with whirlpool bath, a King bed. The staff was decent, attentive all the time. The location was absolutely perfect, very close to Utica, New York, Syracuse and New York State.

We've stayed at Hampton Inn several times and it's always amazing! The rooms are comfortable with great beds, and the breakfast is delicious with options like make-your-own waffles, hot eggs & sausage, and fresh fruit. The staff is friendly and helpful. The recent renovation has made everything look brand new, with sleek and minimalist designs. The walk-in shower was a highlight. a fantastic experience.

The hotel has very helpful staff. It is attractive and in a convenient location close to restaurants, a Walmart, and downtown. Suitable for short stays.

The hotel was very accomodating to a family with a young child. The staff was very friendly and always smiling. Keep in mind, this is not a trait of native Uticans. The pool provided plenty of energy burn off for my child and my wife enjoyed the workout room. There was always plenty of food stocked in the breakfast area. Overall a great stay and the Hampton Inn provided a great place when family doesn't have the space.
